Support at Home Program (SAH)
Australia's aged care system has changed.
On 1 November 2025, the Home Care Packages Program (HCP) transitioned to the new Support at Home (SAH) program. This program delivers government-funded aged care services to help older people to stay at home for longer.
This meant that existing Home Care Packages moved to Support at Home automatically. The Support at Home Program now offers 8 levels of funding, increasing the flexibility of your services and supports.
We work closely with 4 The 1 Supports for all in home and community access needs.

Care 4 The 1 will continue coordinating your care journey and ensuring a smooth transition.
4 The 1 Supports will continue providing your in-home and wellbeing services.
