Support at Home - Starting 1 November 2025
Australia's aged care system is changing.
From 1 November 2025, the Home Care Package (HCP) program will transition to the new Support at Home (SAH) program.
What's Changing:
All Current Home Care Packages will move to Support at Home automatically. Services and supports will continue, now with more flexibility and simplicity. Funding will expand from 4 HCP levels to 8 SAH levels for greater individualisation.
